Amanda Neeson Photography – Gift Voucher Terms and Conditions

Thank you for purchasing a gift voucher with Amanda Neeson Photography. Please read the following terms and conditions carefully.

Validity

This voucher is valid for one photography session of your choice offered by Amanda Neeson Photography.

The voucher must be redeemed and the session booked within 12 months of the purchase date, unless otherwise agreed.

Booking the Session

Sessions are arranged directly with the recipients once they are ready to book.

Session dates are subject to availability and are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.

Payment

The voucher must be paid in full at the time of purchase.

Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash or partial payment toward a session.

Package Details

The session and any included items (e.g., number of images, print credit) are based on the package purchased at the time of voucher purchase.

Any future changes to packages, pricing, or inclusions will not affect the value of this voucher.

Redemption

To redeem the voucher, the recipients should contact Amanda Neeson Photography to arrange a suitable date for their session.

Responsibility

The voucher is a gift from the purchaser to the recipients.

The photographer’s contract will be signed by the session participants when the session is booked.

The purchaser of the voucher has no rights to book or make changes to the session once it has been redeemed.

Lost or Stolen Vouchers

Lost, stolen, or damaged physical vouchers cannot be replaced.

If the voucher was sent digitally, please ensure you keep a copy of the email or PDF as a record.

Cancellation and Rescheduling

The photographer’s standard session cancellation and rescheduling policies apply once the session is booked by the recipients.
